found a bug 1

I did find a big glitch...at weapon skill of 15, the shots are too fast to hit their targets while you are on weapons...but...I don't expect anyone to survive long enough to discover the glitch(it makes it so you can have a shot hover on 2 or 7 areas before stepping off weapons...dealing 10 to everywhere)

so a weapon skill cap might be implemented
